Ephesians 6:12 🤍 From coping to walking in AUTHORITY ‼️ Eating junk to numb, smoking, being outside all weekend, and just being obsessed with herself because Lydia felt so hollow on the inside is how she used to cope. And it never worked. Discipline, giving her life to Christ, growing as a woman of God, real community, and walking in her purpose as a faith based professional health coach has completely changed her life. She learned that her battle are won through spiritual discipline. She used worldly ways of trying to fight her struggles on her own but truth is she can’t. We can’t. We need God and his guidance. We must learn to fight his way! We only overcome through him 🙌🏾 She posts this glimpse of her life to share that God can do ANYTHING & redeem ANYONE.
